We have all truck mounted equiptment; we use our own water, therefore it doesn't cost you for your service and water; we use only the best and enviornmentally friendly cleaning detergent, that is also baby and pet friendly!
We offer enzyme, which kills all bacteria that causes odor from pets, smoke, etc. it also kills bacteria that causes mold, mildew and allergens and it is also a deodorizer, keeping your carpets fresh!
We also offer Dupont Teflon fabric protectant, which coats the fibers of your carpet and protects it from spills and further damage of high traffic areas.

CARPET:
(all rooms are 350 sq ft maximum anything more is considered an extra room)
2 rooms and a hall for $79.00
3 rooms and a hall for $99.00
4 rooms and a hall for $124.00
5 rooms and a hall for $149.00
Whole house up to 2500 sq ft includes one set of stairs and a hall for $249.00
Whole house up to 3500 sq ft includes two sets of stairs and a hall for $349.00
**any additional room is $25.00
*Enzyme is $20.00 per room
*Teflon is also $20.00 per room
UPHOLSTRY:
Sectional OR couch with love seat OR a chair for $124.00
Any loose back pillows are an additional $5.00 per pillow
Chair cleaning ranges from $35 - $45 depending on the size of the chair
WINDOW:S
15 windows for $99.00
22 windows for $149.00
30 windowns for $199.00
**any additional window is $8.00 per window
TRACKS &SCREENS:
tracks are $3.00 per track
screens are $2.00 per screen
CARPET STRETCHING starts at $75.00 and goes up depending on the job.
MATTRESS CLEANING starts at $50.00 and goes up depending on size.
WATER EXTRACTION starts at $75.00 and goes up depending on sq footage.
WINDOW SCREEN REPAIR starts at $15.00 for basic repair, if it needs any hardware or anything else max is $30.00
CANCELATION POLICY; 48 hours prior to the appointment or you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
